Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kak44 ("kak44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kak44 online gaming platform at kak44.club and all associated services, features, and content.

Account Registration and Verification

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

• Minimum Transaction: The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Deposit Processing: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are typically credited to your kak44 wallet within seconds of the mobile transaction being confirmed. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Requests from fully verified accounts are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Currency: All transactions on kak44 are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kak44 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
• Third-Party Payments: Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. kak44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Suspected third-party payments may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kak44. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings voided, and remaining balance returned at kak44's discretion following investigation.

1. Using automated software, bots, or scripted processes to interact with the platform in ways not available to regular users.
2. Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share cards, or otherwise manipulate any betting market or casino game.
3. Registering or operating more than one kak44 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
4. Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment details.
5. Exploiting any error, bug, or technical malfunction in the platform to obtain credits, winnings, or any advantage not intended by kak44.
6. Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the kak44 platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the kak44 platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kak44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of kak44.

The kak44 brand name and logo are trademarks of kak44. You are not permitted to use the kak44 name, logo, or any brand asset in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or third-party websites — without the express prior written permission of kak44. Unauthorised use of kak44 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kak44 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including: loss of funds from gaming outcomes; service interruption; errors or omissions in platform content; withdrawal delays due to third-party payment providers; or unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain adequate credential security.

kak44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Your continued use of the platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kak44 platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
